It's a multipurpose all-terrain transport and stabilization unit. It takes payloads (comms towers, scout-drone hubs, geomapping points, SAM racks) into the wilderness and gets them to fixed points no matter what the landscape is like. In urban environments, it can autonomously perform construction/setup of assorted modules on a building site and act as both a central communication hub and site security.

I like how you used several real Construction vehicle design cues for it. The legs look like they're from Excavators and Piledrivers, and the front wheel a Gravel Smoother.

It really looks like a futuristic Earthmoving vehicle.
